Had a great time at this place. the rooms were top-notch, super clean, and had the comfiest beds ever. the staff were really nice and gave us some good recommendations. It's only a 10-minute drive to the airport! ✈️

I was impressed with friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff and also with their diligence in maintaining safety for guests regardless of time of day or night. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. I would also like to commend their on site taxi service. He was most delightfully friendly and very helpful with my luggage and my walker. He arrived to pick me up and kept in touch by cell phone so it was easy to meet up with him. He never made me wait and was always close so I didn't have a long way to walk. Thank you all very much!
Nothing.

Wonderful and extremely spacious rooms with soft beds. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Very, very nice and great hotel employees all round.
Very unsafe area.

The manager was wonderful. I had left all my directions at home for an exam I had to take the next morning. He mapquested and printed the directions, then gave me different ones (better ones) since he's local and knows the area. Then, in the morning when I was in my rental car looking over the directions, he knocked on my window. I had left my drivers license on his desk and he had gotten up at 6 am to watch for me to return it. I would not have been able to get back on the plane without it! Saved my bacon!

I liked the cleanliness, the refrigerator and stove, the shower size, and the comfortable beds. At that price range, it was the nicest motel I've stayed in. The reservation system was online and made check-in fast and efficient.
The location does seem to be in a lower-class run-down neighborhood, although I had no trouble whatsoever. I even took a long walk around the block at night and experienced no hassles from the locals. So maybe looks are deceiving.

Checked in and felt so uncomfortable for my well being that I vacated 3 hours later. Degenerates and drunks hanging around the property (one passed out on the curb in front of my room), the housekeeper asked to bum a cigarette, strange cars circling the parking lot. No matter how close to Sky Harbor Airport this motel is, NOTHING is worth any price to stay at Skyline Inn.
